Yuzuru Kojima is the Head of Operations, Product Development, IT and Finance at the fast growing online securities firm with more than 1 million users in Japan. Prior to his current role, he was an entrepreneur himself, with many years of experience in the finance industry. Starting his career at Goldman Sachs, he later expanded his experience including serving as Head of COCE APAC Processing Support & Product Control at BNP Paribas based in Hong Kong, and supervised more than 500 people in APAC region.
