Director, WW License Management

Will Cowling is the Director of WW License Management. Will contracts and consults for clients that need assistance with market data audits and market data licensing. Delivering for clients to ensure data use, in particular data use within applications, is cost optimised, contractually compliant and administratively efficient. Will has held leadership positions within the UBS and HSBC market data team teams and has most recently consulted for Lloyds Banking Group and ChainIQ. Will has served on FISD, SIFMA, AFME, ASIFMA and FIA working groups and committees and is currently the chair of UK IPUG Exchange and Compliance Special Interest Group.
