COO, ICE Benchmark Administration

Stelios is the Chief Operating Officer of ICE Benchmark Administration. Prior to joining ICE in 2014, he was Corporate Treasurer and Risk Manager of a shipping group, and a sales/dealer of interest rates and FX derivatives for BNP Paribas. Stelios started his career working for the French Ministry of Finance within the treasury’s forecasting department. Stelios earned a master’s degree in quantitative economics and financial markets from the Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne University and the Ecole Normale Supérieure in Paris.
