Silvina Bruggia is Proposition Director for Emerging Markets at Refinitiv, an LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) business, responsible for addressing client needs in the Investment and Wealth Management spaces. She has held senior positions in product, content, sales, marketing and business management at Refinitiv and the Financial & Risk business division of Thomson Reuters in Latin America since she joined the firm in 2006.

She is a promoter of sustainable finance, financial inclusion and gender equality and today has an active participation in the development of capital markets in emerging countries, generating initiatives for its integration into international trade flows and promoting innovation, new technologies and global best practices.

Silvina has a Bachelor of Economics graduated from the University of Buenos Aires, where she was also an assistant professor for 7 years. In addition, she has a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management from the Universidad Católica Argentina and participated in numerous programs focused on Innovation and new technologies such as Digital Immersion in Silicon Valley and Smart Investing in IAE.
