Shuya leads sales and business development for Equities Trading in Asia-Pacific region, engaging with buy-side and sell-side firms. Shuya and her London-based team work to promote and drive trading liquidity for London Stock Exchange and Turquoise, a pan-European Multi-lateral Trading Facility with 4,300 securities from 19 European countries and the US.

In her time, she has gathered markets experience across Derivatives; Commodities, Investment Banking and Equities. Prior to joining LSEG in 2022, Shuya served as Associate Director at Asia Pacific Exchange in Singapore, where she was responsible for the futures and derivatives product adoption and sales strategy. Shuya began her career at China Financial Futures Exchange in 2015.

Shuya holds a master’s degree from Cornell University and PBC School of Finance at Tsinghua University.
