Since joining LSEG in 2019, he has been pivotal in driving the growth of Foreign Exchange and Fixed Income business in the region. Known for developing effective strategies for new products and market expansion, Shubham excels in end-to-end deal management, ensuring the seamless execution of complex initiatives.

Prior to his role at LSEG, he gained valuable experience as an Investment banker with Trust Group and in credit rating with CRISIL Limited (an S&P Global Company).
