Global Head of Commercial management, CJC

Sara Baker has worked in the Financial Services industry for 20 years and is globally recognised within multiple tier one global investment banks gathering a wide range of experience across all market data functions. During her career she has worked at Royal Bank of Canada, Citigroup and Daiwa, HSBC Private Bank gaining expertise in Inventory Management, Request and Service Management through to Procurement, Sourcing, Compliance and Licensing.

Sara joined CJC Commercial Management team in 2016 as part of the Managed Service Team. This was a great fit for her skillset allowing her to assist clients at all levels. In October 2022 she became Global Head of the Commercial Management Team.

Sara was awarded ‘Consultant of the Year’ at the 2022 Women In Technology and Data Awards by Waters Technology. Sara is a great example of how women can excel within their career whilst enjoying a family life. She works hard to maintain the balance between the two. Juggling a busy timetable of activities outside of school with military precision and work is managed with the same diligence. As a highly service driven individual, mother and wife failure on either side is not an option.
