Rafael Cardoso is the President of HCI, a division of Simplify Compliance, where he oversees all business functions and strategic growth of the division’s portfolio of events, certifications, memberships, leadership development offerings, and marketing solutions.

HCI’s mission is to provide leaders globally with the insights, connections, and learning necessary to succeed today while building the careers and organizations of tomorrow. HCI delivers on this mission through these award-winning brands: Human Capital Institute, HealthLeaders, Bluepoint Leadership, and EHS Daily Advisor.

With over 20 years of experience in the information, events, and training industry. Rafael has previously held executive roles as Chief Growth Officer for Simplify Compliance, where he led corporate development initiatives around M&A and new product line launches, as well as President of BLR, a compliance business supporting HR and EHS teams through content-powered technology and training products.

Rafael is a sports enthusiast, an alum of Salve Regina University in Rhode Island, and loves to travel. He currently resides with his family on the Connecticut shoreline.
