Data Licensing Manager, Jordan & Jordan

Peter is the Data Licensing Manager in Jordan & Jordan’s Market Data Services practice. He specializes in compliance with exchange and index provider policies relating to all types of market data as well as the licensing surrounding display, non-display, and derived data usage. He regularly negotiates market data licensing agreements, performs risk assessments, and advises on intellectual property issues for buy-side and sell-side firms, including global exchanges, investment banks, and asset managers. He also assists clients with exchange audits and advises on best practices for data governance. Peter earned a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, where he concentrated in securities regulation and compliance as well as practiced commercial negotiation and mediation. He also holds a BA in finance and economics from Brown University. Peter is a licensed attorney in the State of New York.
