Obtained a Master Degree from Syracuse University, NY. Paulo brings more than fifteen years of professional experience in strategic management of technology and innovation, business ventures and impact investing. He worked with Brazilian startups in Silicon Valley, also serving as board member and as a senior manager in other organizations in Brazil, Latin America and Spain. Paulo worked with all major international organizations (OAS/UN, World Bank, IDB) on political and economic development across many countries and served as technical advisor on electoral systems for former President Jimmy Carter through The Carter Center, Atlanta, GA. Twice he was awarded a fellowship and training program from the United States Institute of Peace (USIP).
