Global Head of Market Data Compliance and Exchanges, Citi

Patti Sachs, Global Head of Market Data Compliance and Exchanges at Citi, is responsible for exchange management and market data compliance across the firm’s businesses globally. She has extensive experience managing market data issues, technology, and intellectual property and specializes in market data commercials.  Patti has been an active member of FISD and the FISD community for many years and represents Citi on the Executive Committee. She is the recipient of the Waters Technology Market Data Professional of the Year Award (Women in Technology Awards, inaugural year). 

Prior working in the financial services industry, Patti was an intellectual property and technologies attorney and mediator, protecting the rights of companies such as national television networks, distribution channels, as well as authors, musicians, artists and other creatives.  Patti received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University Law School.  She is of member of the New York State Bar and has served as a mediation coach for Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
