Nancy Scott is the Corporate Projects Director for Hoptroff, a technology scale-up, with responsibility for developing international partnerships to support the company’s growth.  She has a track record of working in international management consultancies, starting at PWC advising at board level in areas of HR, organisational design and corporate expansion. She has experience in supporting a range of companies, particularly professional services.  Her main focus is around regulation and compliance, operating in different geographies such as the US, Asia and Africa, and a wide range of sectors including financial services, government and technology. Nancy has a strong interest in equity, inclusion and social mobility. She is a trustee of P3 – a charity with 800 staff and circa £20m turnover that provides services to support vulnerable people around the country. She also mentors young people from under-represented groups into the technology industry through Hoptroff’s involvement with organisations such as Leadership through Business and Sport and Future First. A connector at heart, her work is focused on connecting people, ideas and communities and creating new collaborations and projects to help build a more inclusive, resilient society.
