Morena Carvalho has a degree in Economics from UFF (RJ) and participated as a scholarship holder in the Master’s in Finance program at Ulm Universität, in Germany. She is certified by the Executive Education program at Harvard Business School (Boston). She was the partner responsible for Risk Control in Fund Services Latam at BTG Pactual for more than 14 years. She is currently Director of Settlement in Operations at B3 – Brasil Bolsa Balcão, working on the centralization of post-trading of listed products, in addition to modernization projects and market infrastructure evolution.

She is a guest professor at the MBA in Corporate Finance at EXAME College. She works in several specific programs for diversity and inclusion, including mentoring, lectures and training in personal finance, as well as volunteering in various areas of impact on society.
