Michael Rotella

Head of Product, Guideposts

Michael Rotella is the Head of Digital Product at Guideposts, where he oversees the end-to-end digital product and design experience for the Abide and Amen apps. Leading with a focus on user experience and revenue growth, Michael drives the development of audio experiences that combine content, technology, and community to help users find peace and achieve their meditation goals.

Prior to Guideposts, Michael held senior product leadership roles at leading consumer brands. As Global Director of Product at WeightWatchers, he managed digital channels across 14 countries attaining WW’s all-time high subscribers. At Parsley Health, he led the telemedicine growth product strategy, driving nationwide expansion of their virtual offerings and improving unit economics. 

Michael brings a wealth of experience in digital transformation from Fortune 15 organizations. At Verizon, he led a team that captured new ecommerce revenue and spearheaded the growth strategy for the My Verizon app.  At Citi, he played a key role in launching innovative digital experiences, including mobile check deposit and the Apple Watch app.

Michael is an active member of the digital community, serving as a Board Member of 212 NYC Digital Advertising and an Advisory Council member for Brand Innovators. He is also recognized as a top 1% global mentor on ADPList.

Michael holds a BS in Economics from Penn State University and resides in New York City with his wife and two young children.
