Matthew Horisk is a Partner at Blue Ocean Technologies, LLC, overseeing technology, from software development to infrastructure. With over 25 years in financial services, he has built electronic trading systems, algorithmic platforms, and real-time market data solutions.

Previously, Matthew led global electronic trading development at Bear Stearns, automating their equities business. He also held senior technology roles at Citigroup, TIAA Investments, and E*TRADE, and served as CTO at KnowVera, LLC. Recently, he consulted for Raymond James and Wells Fargo Securities, deploying advanced trading systems.

Matthew holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the State University of New York.
