Since 2006 she has been CEO of Taura Consultoria e Representações and FISD LATAM Representative for the last 14 years. She has over 30 years working in financial industry for companies such as Reuters and Dow Jones.

Master’s in business administration at EAESP/FGV and is also professor of negotiation techniques, tactics, conflict resolution, Non-Violent Communication, company internationalization and business plans for universities and in-company courses in Brazil and Europe. She is co-author of the book “Manual de Negociações”, and “Master Stroke: The 45 most powerful negotiation tactics”.
