Executive, Board Member and Consultant with 30 years of experience in Financial Services, Capital Markets and IT companies, having worked for BOVESPA/BM&FBOVESPA (currently B3), the Chilean Stock Exchange and Clearing House (currently Nuam Exchanges), CERC and AVIVATEC and consulting for the Iberoamerican federation of exchanges, stock exchanges and the Latin American and the Caribbean development bank.
Currently she is the CCO of AVIVATEC and Fiscal Council member of CIEE and Ethichs Board of ANCORD.
Lucy is also a Leader of DEI in market initiatives as Coordinator of the Private Equity and Venture Capital Working Group for WCD Brazil; Leader of the D&I in the Financial Markets Group at CVM’s Financial Innovation LAB and Co-chair of WCD Foundation Visionary Awards Committee.
