SVP, Chief Procurement Officer, Northern Trust

Kristen Mologousis is Chief Procurement Officer and Senior Vice President of Global Procurement and Third-Party Services at Northern Trust, leading the organization responsible for the end-to-end third party and supplier ecosystem. Including the enterprise Contingent Workforce, Travel and Market Data programs, Accounts Payable, Third-Party Risk and Business Diversity & Sustainability. She is responsible for the global strategy and the continuous digital transformation evolution across the holistic and global operation.

Kristen is a subject matter expert in market data and often contributes to industry efforts on policies, compliance and the state of the industry. She firmly advocates on behalf of financial services firms for better policies in the swiftly changing market data landscape at industry events and speaking engagements. She sits on the FISD executive committee, a division of the SIIA.

Prior to joining Northern Trust in 2011, Kristen began her career in Financial Services and today brings over 30 years of experience. She provided leadership in areas of business development, policies and procedures, negotiations, mergers & acquisitions, strategic solutions and market data. As a key member, Kristen sat on executive committees and leadership teams over the last 22 years.

Kristen is a graduate of the Securities Industry Institute at The Wharton School of Business and carries the Master Certificate in Six Sigma – Financial Services designation and holds certification and designation from the Financial Information Securities Division (FIA).

Kristen is an active mentor to many and has served as a volunteer for community teen programs, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and is a member of Chicago Financial Women. Kristen is a resident of Burr Ridge, Illinois and is married with three children.
