Head of Cloud and Data Functions, CME Group

Kiran Panja has served as Head of Cloud and Data functions at CME Group since November 2022. He is responsible for leading the company’s technology migration to Google Cloud, and for building and managing a cloud-native unified data and analytics platform that meets the evolving enterprise needs.

Prior to joining CME Group, Kiran held roles as Managing Director of Financial Services Digital Transformations at IBM Cloud and Global Head of Cloud & Digital Platforms for Consumer Banking at Citi. He also held thought leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, CenturyLink and Fiserv.

Kiran earned a master’s degree in mathematics and computer sciences from Indiana State University, after completing a bachelor’s program in engineering at Andhra University.
