Kikai Kobayashi is the Regional Director of Data Solutions Client Engagement at FactSet, where he leads strategic initiatives across the APAC region. With a focus on delivering high-value data solutions, Kikai oversees a team responsible for pre-sales activities, client trials, datafeed implementations, and ensuring exceptional client support and relationship management. His work is centered on driving seamless integration and maximizing the value of FactSet’s extensive data offerings to meet the evolving needs of clients across the region. Kikai joined FactSet in 2015 and brings more than 15 years of experience in the financial markets and data industry. Before joining FactSet, he held key roles at Thomson Reuters and RoZetta Technology. Kikai holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Sydney and a Master of Quantitative Finance from the University of Technology, Sydney.
