Kaylen Tucker, Ph.D., is associate executive director, communications, at the National Association of Elementary School Principals and serves as editor-in-chief of the NAESP’s award-winning, flagship magazine, Principal. As a board member of AM&P, with a research interest in racial identity formation, she co-chairs the group’s DEI initiative.
