Global Director – Diversity & Inclusion, LSEG

Katherine works at the London Stock Exchange Group as the Global Diversity and Inclusion Director. She also founded her own career coaching consultancy specialising in career development for millenniums while focusing more on those from disadvantaged backgrounds.

She previously worked at Axis Capital where she led Global Diversity and Inclusion as well as European Talent Management.

As a keen advocate of diversity and inclusion Katherine took the lead to drive and create an inclusive and diverse culture globally focussing on the employee talent lifecycle and overall business goals. She went further to create and implemented policies, initiatives and various training within this area.

Katherine’s professional background include talent management, Diversity and Inclusion at Liberty Global where she established a D & I council and talent acquisition at Goldman Sachs, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup and HSBC.

Katherine brings rounded talent acquisition, talent management and HR experience to her work as a Diversity and Inclusion specialist.

She was shortlisted for the Head of Diversity of the Year 2019 at the European Diversity Awards and Corporate All at the 2019 Rainbow Honours Awards.

Katherine is very passionate about helping young people turn their career dreams into a reality, she helps them reach their full potential by encouraging them to capitalise on their strengths, face their fears and take a chance.

Katherine has an MSc in Human Resources Management and Employment Relations from The University of Warwick and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
