Chief Technology Officer, FactSet

Kate Stepp is the Chief Technology Officer at FactSet, a global financial data, technology, and analytics firm.  She is a 15-year veteran of the FinTech / Financial Services space, having held leadership roles on both the engineering and product sides of the house.  At FactSet, Stepp currently leads the technology organization and oversees its digital transformation strategy, working closely with clients to enable innovation and efficiency in their workflows.  Her recent focus centers around utilizing AI and Generative AI to streamline access to FactSet and client data through natural language, and unlocking new levels of efficiency and automation through GenAI on top of a well-established open ecosystem.
