Joshua Carroll, Managing Director, Quantitative and Technology Services, Royal Bank of Canada Capital Markets

Carroll is currently a Managing Director in Quantitative and Technology Services for Royal Bank of Canada Capital Markets. His current role for RBC CM is the Global Head of Architecture and Shared Application Services. As Head of the CM Architecture Group – Josh oversees a broad Architecture Council with representation from all asset classes across Capital Markets (CM). Led by Josh this council defines the pillars which govern the standards for new application design & technology usage. Helping providing direction, governance & guidance to all CM technology groups on approved technology, design patterns & future technology strategy. He also represents CM on the RBC wide Enterprise Architecture Board.
