Jana is one of Asia Pacific’s leading experts in corporate governance and proxy research and has advised many large domestic and institutional investors as well as issuers. She has deep expertise in engaging with company boards of directors and executives and is passionate about helping companies optimise their governance disclosures and enhance their investor relationships by applying best practice ESG. Prior to her role at Morrow Sodali, Jana was Director of Research, Australia for leading global proxy advisor, Glass Lewis. Jana maintains deep relationships with asset owners and managers that informs Morrow Sodali’s advisory and engagement work. Jana frequently delivers trainings to boards and executive teams on a range of topics across sustainability, governance, links between business strategy and ESG, reporting frameworks, and stakeholder expectations. She is GRI Certified and is a FSA Credential Holder (SASB).
