Jacalyn Bilski serves as a Senior Vice President and the manager of the Global Market Data Strategic Sourcing that manages over 300 critical Market Data vendor relationships, negotiations and $300 Million in vendor spend at Northern Trust. Jacalyn has implemented best in class sourcing procedures and cultivates key partnerships with vendors, internal stakeholders and executive leadership to drive vendor consolidation, demand management strategies and spend reduction.
Jacalyn is a financial services professional with over 20 years of experience and is considered a subject matter expert on market data licensing policies and negotiations, alternative providers, and the ever evolving market data industry.
Prior to joining Northern Trust in 2013, Jacalyn worked at Newedge (now Société Générale) in the Prime Clearing Services division supporting electronic trading client’s evolution from point and click trading to trading Direct Market Access (DMA). She was also a Global Equities Product Manager at Townsend Analytics (at the time a fully owned subsidiary of Lehman Brothers) that worked closely with clients and executives to develop and implement changes in corporate strategy from a retail to an institutional Electronic Management System (EMS).
