Erica Hall is an ESG analyst for Morningstar Australasia Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Morningstar, Inc. She is responsible for conducting qualitative research on Australian and New Zealand managers and their funds.

Prior to joining Morningstar in 2017, Hall started her career as a money market dealer and has worked in a variety of roles within financial services, including strategy, product and client relationship management.

Hall holds a master’s degree in financial planning from RMIT, a graduate diploma in applied finance and investments from FINSIA and bachelor’s degrees in arts and commerce from Deakin University.
