Head of Technology Capital Markets NYSE

Bonnie brings senior finance leadership and a unique combination of public accounting, operations finance, investor relations, capital markets and investment banking experience. Bonnie is Head of Tech Capital Markets for the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and responsible for advising private technology companies on their IPO listing. Prior to NYSE, Bonnie was Vice President of Investor Relations and Treasurer for Silver Spring Networks, a Clean Tech IOT company. Prior to Silver Spring Networks, Bonnie was a Vice President in the Technology Corporate Finance Group at Credit Suisse where she led and executed corporate finance and merger & acquisitions transactions for public and private technology companies and private equity firms. Prior to Credit Suisse, Bonnie spent several years in the high technology industry in Silicon Valley with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Merrill Lynch, and S3. Bonnie holds an MBA from the Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a Masters of Accounting and BA from the University of Waterloo in Canada.
