Bianca Augustin graduated with a bachelor’s in Communication Studies and Gender, Women Studies from Hollins University. She plans to further her knowledge of DEI education and facilitation and strategic communication in the coming years. Her ever-growing understanding of human relationships and a desire to live in a world where all people can thrive stokes her passion for DEI efforts. She approaches DEI work with the goal of dismantling systems that make it impossible for all people to live their fullest lives with the dignity that we all deserve
