Senior Director, Event Marketing, GovExec

Annie Bruce is the Senior Director of Event Marketing and Strategy at GovExec, the leading sales and marketing intelligence company serving the public sector. She started at GovExec in 2016 as a Content and Marketing Associate and worked on a number of different projects on the Event team through the years, including content development and marketing for the GovExec Evening of Honors Gala, Defense One Tech Summit and many client user conferences. In her current role, she leads a team of event marketers, oversees audience communication strategy and works with the Sales and Sponsor Marketing teams to manage pipeline and create strategic event proposals. Before joining GovExec, she was a Logistics and Audience Development Fellow on The Atlantic’s event team.

Annie graduated from Northwestern University with a degree from the Medill School of Journalism. She currently resides in Chicago.
