Product Owner Market Data Platforms and Non-Realtime Feeds, Commerzbank AG

Annette Schleis is Product Owner for Market Data Platforms and Non-Realtime Feeds and heading multiple international teams. In this role she also manages the relationship with a many internal stakeholders in a variety of business functions within Commerzbank and keeps close contact with our main market data technology vendors. This gives her a broad overview of the market data technology, data content and use cases.
In addition, Annette drives Architecture and Data Governance topics for Commerzbank’s Market Data division.
She has over 20 years of experience in the financial service industry. After finishing her degree in Mathematics, she has been Risk Manager for Equity Market risk, gaining in depth knowledge of financial products, risk models and the market data needed in that context. For the last 6 years she has been with the Market Data team, first working on License and Compliance Topics, and was responsible for the reduction of equity related data after Commerzbank had sold off the Equities business to Société Générale.
Annette ensures that technology is well aligned with both Market Data requirements & regulatory frameworks. She is a key player of the Market Data DORA team and supports the bank wide DORA program.
Annette is married with two grown up children. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities such as running, hiking and biking. She also loves classical music and takes regular piano lessons.
