Amritha heads the compliance function at YipitData, an alternative data company offering research and informational services to help many of the world’s largest investment funds and corporations answer their key questions. As senior counsel at YipitData, Amritha assesses compliance and legal risks for the billions of data points leveraged by the company. She also evaluates data, privacy and securities laws, and advises cross-functional teams on the impacts of new policies and regulatory developments in this rapidly evolving space. Amritha began her career as a litigator in the Sydney office of Norton Rose Fulbright. She is registered as in-house counsel in New York, and admitted to practice in Australia.
