Adam Stanton has been instructing Crucial Conversations since 2017 and has certified over 500 people in Crucial Conversations.  Adam previously instructed Crucial Conversations within the Healthcare Industry, and specialized in helping candidates cross departmental and organizational barriers.  In addition to this course, Adam is a certified instructor of various professional development courses, such as Franklin Covey and Achieve Forum.  Adam created the Virtual Instructor Led Training  Program at his previous organization and was the primary instructor for many courses.  Adam currently manages the FISD Professional Certification Program and in response to candidate feedback, has developed an enhanced and updated version of the Data Licensing Specialist exam.  Adam has also created the FISD Recognized Trainer Program which has standardized all FISD trainers and provided candidates more equitable access to potential training resources. Adam regularly conducts a Needs Analysis to ensure FISD is offering professional certifications that create real value and business results for all members.  Adam is from Northern England originally and is currently based out of Washington, D.C.
