Aaron Walters (he/him) leads Google Cloud’s efforts in Exchange and Ecosystem on Google’s Capital Markets client engagement, which is focused on ensuring exchanges and the larger ecosystem leverage cloud to enable innovation, cross-industry collaboration, and commercial outcomes. 

He has worked at Google Cloud since 2021. He is passionate about challenging dated business and technology assumptions, advancing the industry, and collaborating with customers to solve complex problems. Before joining Google, he spent over 20 years in product management leadership roles at CME Group, Tradestation, and TDAmeritrade. His last role at CME Group covered a variety of data licensing leadership areas including data licensing platforms, index and derived data licensing, market data distribution platforms, inbound data licensing, historical data solution on AWS, and launched the first cloud native Exchange Market Data solution for CME Group on Google Cloud in 2019. Prior roles at CME Group included Head of OTC Energy & Metals Settlements, and Program Manager for CME European Clearing House launch and CME/NYMEX merger.  He holds advanced degrees in business and data science.
