SIIA Opposes SHOP SAFE Act

SIIA joined a diverse multi-organization coalition in opposing the SHOP SAFE Act, which was included in the America COMPETES Act (the House version of the bipartisan innovation bill). The SHOP SAFE Act would effectively require digital services to monitor user content for trademark infringement.
