What’s in a name? Sometimes, a lot. Looking at marketing emails this morning, “webinar” is not a popular word. ON24 writes: “Marketing Movers: Join us virtually next Thursday.” Ad Age announces: “Ad Age Next: Health and Wellness. March 1. Virtual. Get tickets.” And Business Management Daily sells its “online training,” with this headline: “The Growing Problem of Workplace Incivility.” There are reasons.
