FISD Women’s Group: 4 Years Later
Industry professionals at various stages of their careers—from rising stars to senior executives, will discuss how the industry is evolving and what that has meant for their careers and organizations. Delegates are encouraged to interact with the panel and each other.  Topics to be covered:

• Preserving gender equity in the return to the office
• Career development tips from industry stalwarts
• How to nurture your professional network
• Learning from “rising stars”
• Managing and developing a hybrid team

The event is open to all FISD members, regardless of gender.
