You’re invited to judge products, leadership or both! 

If you prefer judge in the leadership categories, you will complete the review based on nomination information. No live demo is necessary. Following is information for judging products. 

First round review

As an approved judge you’ll review up to five leading edge business or education technology products via online demo between February 6-April 7, 2023.

Product demonstrations are arranged directly with each nominee. Nominees will reach out beginning February 6, 2023 to schedule a live demo time with you (you may reach out to them with your availability too). Notify the awards director if you don’t hear from the nominees within one week.

After completing the product review, you’ll be asked to complete a scoring rubric using category-specific criteria.

Tips:

1. Review the judging criteria and the nomination information as soon as you receive your assignments.
2. Demos are to be scheduled by March 3.
3. Demos may be conducted independently or with both judges.
4. Remember: you are comparing each product to the criteria provided, and not against each other.
5. Complete your scores immediately after reviewing each product so the information is fresh. Scoring usually takes about 10-20 minutes per product.
6. You may return to the judge dashboard to revise your scores at any point up to Friday, April 7, 2023.

Second Round review

First round reviewers are invited to participate in the second round review starting on April 24. This allows judges to see all products in the category and voice their picks alongside SIIA members.
