Over the course of several decades, the industry has consistently produced outstanding executives, content producers, and frontline team leaders—individuals whose transformative value to B2B and B2C media is undeniable.
SIIA Media established the Media Hall of Fame Awards program with the purpose of acknowledging crucial strategic contributions in three key areas—Hall of Fame, Emerging Executive Leaders, and Rising Stars.
Each award is crafted to acknowledge the pinnacle of achievement:
- CEOs Who Have Altered the Trajectory of Their Companies and the Industry
- Emerging Executive Leaders Who Have Significantly Impacted Their Businesses and Are Poised for C-Suite Roles
- Rising Stars Achieving Outstanding Results at the Brand or Department/Division Level
We extend an invitation for you to nominate any deserving executives or team members that you believe exemplify excellence in these categories.
Nominations will be accepted through January 5th. Recipients will be notified on or before February 2nd. Awards ceremony will be held at the Business Information & Media Summit (BIMS), at the Wednesday, February 29th luncheon.
SIIA Media’s B2B Hall of Fame recognizes executives who’ve had an extraordinary impact on their businesses, and on the industry at large. Hall of Fame members have produced innovations, business-model changes, remarkable revenue growth, expansion into new markets, organizational-structure initiatives and developed or applied new technologies in new ways.
Examples of their impact include, but are not limited to, creation of new media categories, events, data, commerce, technology, financial management and structure, M&A, and new levels of content excellence. All of which would have translated to substantial revenue growth and cost reduction. Such innovations will be shown to have been copied or replicated elsewhere. Senior-level inductees have served as CEO of their organization(s).
2024
Rising Executive Leaders Award recognizes EVP, SVP, vice president, division president, or senior discipline-based director (in areas like marketing, content, tech, advertising, etc.). These individuals have ascended within the organization by introducing novel ideas and innovative approaches, demonstrating readiness for a strategic role in the C-suite.
The Emerging Stars Award recognizes game-changing junior and mid-level contributors making a significant impact by generating revenue, elevating brands, streamlining processes, and surpassing expectations. Identify and acknowledge your outstanding up-and-coming performers.
* Nominees for Rising Stars should be junior or mid-level employees in the industry for a minimum of five years.
