Manager, State Policy
Abigail Wilson is the Manager of State Policy at the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA), a role where she will focus on advancing SIIA’s state-level efforts, particularly in areas like artificial intelligence, consumer privacy, and children’s online privacy and safety.
Abigail brings a wealth of experience in 50-state government relations, having previously served as State Advocacy Manager at the Business Software Alliance (BSA). There, she led initiatives on privacy, AI, and tech policy, growing BSA’s state presence and managing lobbying efforts. Before her time at BSA, Abigail was the Advocacy & Public Policy Manager at the International Interior Design Association (IIDA), where she successfully passed commercial interior design certification bills and built strategic relationships. She also worked as a Special Project Assistant at the Chicago Park District, overseeing stakeholder relationships and grant management. Abigail holds a Masters of Public Policy from Loyola University Chicago and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Louisville.
