A serial CPO/CTO based in New York City, Joe leads product, data science, and AI for CivicScience, a real-time consumer insights and activation platform. He was most recently global head of martech product for Wayfair, overseeing customer engagement platforms that drove $10+ billion in annual revenue. Previously, Joe served as chief product officer for mobile adtech platform Verve, CEO/co-founder for AI-driven martech startup Mezzobit, and COO/digital GM for Newsweek and The Daily Beast. Joe has been an adjunct professor at Yale and NYU teaching digital strategy and product, and is an entrepreneur-in-residence at NYC’s Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator, the East Coast’s largest start-up accelerator.
