Senior Legal Counsel, Trading & Markets Division, Ontario Securities Commission

Heather Cohen is currently a senior legal counsel in the Trading & Markets Division of the Ontario Securities Commission and is completing her LLM part-time at Osgoode Hall Law School. She has previously worked in the Investor Office at the OSC, as well as for Legal Aid, non-profits, the United Nations, and a large international law firm. Heather holds a JD from the University of Toronto law school and was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2013.
