Matthew was appointed Chief Executive Officer in April 2013. Matthew spent 10 years with Barclays International, 10 years with Dow Jones and then 6 years with Reuters in a variety of senior roles. In addition to the UK, he has wide experience in the Asia Pacific region, living in Hong Kong, Korea and Thailand in Country and Regional management roles. In his most recent role, Matthew was the Managing Director, ICS International at Broadridge Financial Solutions where he was responsible for the overall management of the Global Proxy departments in the U.K., U.S., Japan, Australia and India. Matthew has an MBA from Buckinghamshire Business School.
