Mark leads Hogan Lovells regulatory practice in the Asia-Pacific region. His practice focuses on commercial and regulatory work in the technology space, as well as advising clients in sectors which are increasingly dependent on technology to do business, such as financial services, consumer brands and life sciences. Mark advises on the full range of data protection and cyber security mandates, from evaluating new products and services, implementing international data transfers, outsourcings and data collaboration arrangements, through to advising on data breach incidents, ransomware attacks and regulatory enquiries and investigations.
