Rob Haddad, founder of The Innovation Engine, is an entrepreneur with a strong background in fintech. His company is at the forefront of delivering tailored solutions to elevate valuation oversight capabilities for asset managers. His practical approach involves designing applications forged with his clients’ existing data sets – integrated within the context of their data architecture, workflows, and business objectives.  This approach is especially relevant in the deployment of systematic back-testing services, designed to measure valuation quality of pricing sources versus trades, critical for compliance with current SEC regulations, including Rule 2a-5. 

Haddad’s expertise was cultivated at Intercontinental Exchange where he played a key role leading product strategy and innovation for the ICE Data Services business. Under his leadership, he initiated the development of several new commercial offerings related to fair value pricing services and liquidity risk management applications, obtaining 8 patents during his tenure.

Haddad holds a Master’s in Quantitative Finance from Bentley University.
