Co-Founder and Chairman, Archedata

Rich is a data management executive with more than 20 years’ experience in financial services. In his role at Jain Global, he is responsible for the sourcing, procurement, and vendor management for data, research, and expert network services for the firm. Rich previously managed similar functions at Citadel, and at Schonfeld where he also managed the shared research environment supporting the various investment teams. Rich is the Founder and Chairman of Archedata, a software firm designed to optimize these data management functions. Prior to these roles, Rich spent over a decade creating and managing data products at Thomson Reuters and his consulting firm, Semiotics. Rich focuses on managing large scale data operations as well as leveraging technology-based solutions to improve efficiencies, drive cost savings, and discover new alpha generating content. Rich holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and International Business from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
