Kosuke Hisamura joined Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc.(TSE) in 2002. He had been involved in Derivative businesses such as market monitoring, system development, trading rule making and played a key role in restructuring trading rule and market maker schemes when TSE integrated with Osaka Exchange, Inc. (OSE) in 2013.

Since 2015, he has been responsible for the current JPX Co-Location and Connectivity business, he oversees a wide range of tasks including business development and sales of new services.
