Vice President, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Informa Markets 

Mike Sealy is the Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Informa Markets, he leads, coordinates, and champions the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) efforts across the business and ensures the long-term sustainability of the D&I agenda in relation to our colleagues, customers, content and communities.

In addition, Mike is the current Chair of the AEO diversity and Inclusion working group and a member of the D&I working group at the Conference Board. He has had a successful career as a senior leader in a number of high-profile companies, namely Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, and the BBC leading and setting up businesses and organizations and consistently delivering positive results and winning awards for management and execution excellence.

Throughout his career, Mike has been involved in Diversity networks to drive awareness and fairness for colleagues. He is also an active coach and mentor who is passionate about helping to develop colleagues and seeing them progress within their own careers.
