Soya Hirano is a Deputy Manager in the IT Development Department at Tokyo Stock Exchange, and a team leader of the arrowhead 4.0 project. Prior to that, he earned an MBA degree from Columbia University in the United States. He also has participated in many DX projects for Tokyo Stock Exchange.
