My name is Hord Wbi. I have been working in Rabobank since 2019. As of April 2022, I started my new role as Change Manager for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Before my current role, I worked in different teams within different domains and business lines in Rabobank. Due to my academic background, I consider myself as a highly dedicated transformation and digital innovation professional with a sharp eye on details and a pro-active attitude. I am always eager to learn and re-learn from each assignment and to contribute beyond the assigned responsibilities. Moreover, I have a wide experience in corporate projects (transformational and digital).
Based on my background and life experiences I consider flexibility, adaptability and curiosity to learn as the main 3 pillars of my personality.
